Terms of service
Thank you for visiting and or shopping at Theblackrose. Following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our shipping policy.
Shipping Area and "Estimates"
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Areas and time is the only difference in schedule time delivery. We have an "estimate" of 1-10 working days. It can be as quick as 1 day or it can take longer than 10 days dependent on the situation.
If an order takes longer than the "estimate" no claims can be made towards Theblackrose, and we will try our best to sort the situation out as it can be very difficult to have the best service every time when things go wrong, because of the following reasons: Bad address given by the client, Bad street numbering, Bad communication with the courier companies, Theft and high risk areas, bad timing etc. We will however still do our very best to deliver your package placed at Theblackrose. We will replace stolen packages or missing packages on route to our clients.

Free delivery on orders above R450.
R99 basic delivery fee on orders below R450

Missing delivery
We have an estimated delivery time of 1-10 working days, depending on location and area given for delivery. If a customer does not answer, or neglects the Courier's call, they will reschedule the delivery up to 3 times. If no answer is given by the client, the courier will try to gather more info of the customer by Theblackrose.
Theblackrose will then try to contact the customer by use of a call, message or email. If no answer is given the package will return to Theblackrose and the client will be responsible to pay extra for delivery as it has cost Theblackrose money to try and deliver the package without success.
Refunds policy
Refunds
Once an order is placed at Theblackrose online store, it is not possible to cancel/refund an order. You may also not add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email/message and/or once we received your order. If you'd like to buy additional items, you can place a new order.
Exchanges / Damaged Items or Missing Items (if applicable)
If a parcel is damaged we will send a replacement for that item or package depending on the condition of the parcel and the items inside the package. Please note we have images and tracking of every parcel that is packed by Theblackrose online.

Warranty Policy
All warranties, where applicable is the manufacturers responsibility and not Theblackrose's, in case of warranty issues the manufacturer should be contacted.
